Our pastry chefs have been collecting the secrets of all the cuisines of the world for a long time, and now they are ready to share them with you.

Alena Larionova from Riga | Alona Cake School

Our pride is our international expert, the graduate of international culinary schools – Alena Larionova from Riga. She has made more than 500 kg cakes and 600 desserts within the year, and can well be called one of the top masters of Riga.
